ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) -- Police seized more than 100 unpublished Anchorage Daily News photos taken at a shooting scene then returned them a few hours later after learning the action violated federal law.

- I agree, but I also think for him to be considered kidnapped he would need to be out of uniform. If he was just walking around like a civilian in Israel and taken by the militants then its kidnapped, but if he was dressed as a soldier then he was captured.
